Our promise to our customers: A problem-free refund or exchange (less shipping) should you, for any reason, be less than 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Please inspect your order carefully. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund.
- The Wrapurse(s) must be in the same condition received and you must include a copy of the receipt or confirmation email showing payment.
- Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
SENDING YOUR RETURN
We’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please return your Wrapurse in like-new, resalable condition. NOTE: We will not take returns or make exchanges for product(s) in damaged or used condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Once we receive your returned Wrapurse(s), it takes about 7-10 business days to process the return. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. We will process your return as quickly as possible. PLEASE NOTE: it can take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
